A NEW COMPANY STRUCTURE: HOLOCRACY
For the management of our start-up of vegan restaurants we refer to a consolidated but innovative way of conceiving the company structure to reach the goal of an efficient and rapid development of Vegetal Harmony
The reference model of Vegetal Harmony is the holacracy – “agile organization“. This organizational paradigm provides that authority and decisions are distributed within a “holarchy” of groups organized according to a consolidated, codified and engineered modality and supported, also, by a software management, instead of a managerial hierarchy.
NOT ONLY VEGETABLE CHEFS
Our contemporary, trendy and above all vegetable fast food start-up has many innovative ideas.
Among the many, one of those that certainly makes the difference compared to all the other fast food or restaurant chains, is linked to the role of the cook.
The cook, for Vegetal Harmony, has a fundamental role and for this we are careful not only to train good cooks who know how to prepare beautiful and good dishes, but we do more, because our idea of a vegetarian cook is much broader.
The experiences made to set up this ambitious project led us to make an important consideration for the role of the cook. This, in fact, in all restaurants is relegated behind the scenes, without ever changing position, or simply, “point of view”. Our vegetarian chefs, on the other hand, are protagonists.
WHY FASLOW FOOD
Our idea starts with fast food chains, but is expanded and personalized through the choice of vegetable based dishes. The way we think about the restaurant is modern and absolutely trendy.
Our vegan restaurants will be made according to a precise philosophy that starts from slow food: giving the right value to food, in respect of those who produce it and in harmony with the surrounding environment. With our work we want to make our contribution to defend the planet from pollution.
A NEW WAY OF COOKING:
Vacuum cooking has many advantages, scientifically evaluated both for home cooking and for restaurants.
The reasons for which our project involves vacuum cooking are due to the more general philosophy of respect, of which the whole Vegetal Harmony project is steeped in. This project, in fact, envisages respect among people, but also towards food, with the aim of preserving not only the taste, but also above all the nutritional contribution, offering a cuisine that allows you to eat in a healthy and balanced and even personalized manner.
