The reference model of Vegetal Harmony is the holacracy – “agile organization“. This organizational paradigm provides that authority and decisions are distributed within a “holarchy” of groups organized according to a consolidated, codified and engineered modality and supported, also, by a software management, instead of a managerial hierarchy.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO RUN A COMPANY THROUGH THE METHOD OF HOLACRACY - "AGILE ORGANIZATION"?
This organizational system allows individuals to make decisions and guide changes related to a company project.
This organizational system allows individuals to make decisions and guide changes related to a company project. In an holacratic regime, each employee is no longer forced to cover only one role, but can take on several, depending on the type of project. The roles thus become dynamic and this allows the person to have much more freedom in expressing their talent.
Furthermore, holacracy is a highly flexible organizational system. It is possible, in fact, to change and adapt the company organization at any time, even every month. This makes it possible to take advantage of all the opportunities that may arise daily in the work experience, but also to be able to promptly deal with any problems that the carrying out of each project entails. This type of flexibility allows, therefore, to move roles and dynamics quickly, so as to be able to manage changes or problems quickly. The meetings are carried out frequently and mediated by a figure who, during the development of the project, learns about the individual. In this way, processes and people are reviewed in consideration of what happens, not only in the performance of the individual project, but also in the interconnections between individuals and the surrounding environment.
In holacracy, therefore, it is not only about what needs to be done, but the rules of the game are established. That is, it establishes how relationships must work, so that all the interlocutors of the system take the same direction in carrying out their activity, objective and strategy.
This is a consolidated and innovative method, which makes each individual employee autonomous. We have chosen it because respect between people is our strong point and we believe that by letting employees work independently and freely, they are more satisfied, attentive and creative and able to better achieve the objectives that Vegetal Harmony wants to achieve in the world , for the health and happiness of people and the earth.
