Vegetal Harmony "The FaslowFood" is a fast food vegan food start-up, inspired by the philosophy of eating well and the culture of respect. Our vegan restaurants are very different from the classic fast food chains, for many aspects, among which one of the main ones will be the very high quality of the foods offered, also thanks to the method used, vacuum cooking and much more.

WHY USE VACUUM COOKING

Vacuum cooking has many advantages, scientifically evaluated both for home cooking and for restaurants.

The reasons for which our project involves vacuum cooking are due to the more general philosophy of respect, of which the whole Vegetal Harmony project is steeped in. This project, in fact, envisages respect among people, but also towards food, with the aim of preserving not only the taste, but also above all the nutritional contribution, offering a cuisine that allows you to eat in a healthy and balanced and even personalized manner.

First of all, the foods are protected, so they do not come into contact with water or the cooking environment and, by not allowing oxygen to pass, they do not oxidize. In this way, foods maintain many of the nutritional properties, such as vitamins and mineral salts and even colors, which remain bright. Thanks to vacuum cooking, therefore, foods are better because they do not lose their natural taste and color, remaining genuine and healthy.

Our restaurants will serve menus with vegetable products and, thanks to this type of cooking, the dishes will be ablaze with color and flavor.
